This man John Hubert is not fit to serve the people. He is a malicious prosecutor. Next week a Federal Lawsuit will be filed against the 105th District, Kleberg County, City of Kingsville, John Hubert alleging Civil Rights Violations, prosecution for personal interests, abuse of power, official oppression, falsifying documents, malicious prosecution, jury tampering with more to be listed upon the filing of the lawsuit next week. It is posible that this case will evolve into a class action lawsuit to engulf the Uranium Processing, the groundwater contamination and the complicity of Gov Rick Perry, Kleberg County, and the City of Kingsville.

I don't know this prosecutor, and only rarely do a case in Kingsville. I'm certainly not a big fan of Rick Perry- he's a mediocre governor at best.

On the other hand after reading the immature dribble that dannynted wrote its clear to see WHO is the one with problems.

If its going to be filed next week, then they should be substantially ready by now, and you seem to know all the allegations.

John Hubert is not a great young man. If you would like to view the documentation I will be happy to discuss it with you. Should you decline, it is recommended that you stay out of the way. John Hubert maliciously prosecuted my wife and even admitted to her attorney Fred Jimenez that it was personal. He said, "You're damn right it's personal"!

Now, I believe there is a canon against that type of behavior and abuse of power?

Aransas County remains - perhaps the largest county in the state ( that has not attempted to obtain their own DA. The state pays the DA salary and part of the office expense and there's grant money available. One of Aransas' commissioners said he was going to study it 6 months ago but I certainly haven't heard from him.

Although Aransas County crime is nothing like CC, its been rising and too many offenders are not prosecuted.

Let me get this right. Kleberg Co is in dire financial straits because of the icompetence of the co. judge. The judge says it won't cost the county anything for a new DA, right. The judge and the senator pushed for a new DA. Hubert is a republican, the co. judge and the senator are D's (ok DINO's) and they are backing Hubert. Mr. Hubert is a good guy. He is quite competent and means well in trying to prosecute individuals guilty of criminal behavior. I do not at all believe that he is overzealous.

If he is guilty of anything, it is in caring for his community enough to warrant the foulish complaints of those who were successfully prosecuted. He strikes a good balance between crime and punishment and the judicial process. Yes, the process itself is sometimes a punishment (even for the innocent), but the motives are clean.

If this were an election, he would have my support.

You know, sometimes it takes a civil suit just to bring the truth to the top, to be able to ask some questions and get some answers documented to right a wrongful act of the Kingsville prosecution. Now, if one County Attorney can get indicted why not the new DA as well. I will trade the civil litigation for the criminal prosecution of the ones you think so squeaky clean. Perry has a useful spot for John Hubert to be appointed but Hubert will fail to get elected when the time comes.

By following the guidance of a Texas Workforce Executive by the name of Mary Cano until she discounted Substitute Teaching, The Texas DHS charged wife with Tampering with a government document with intent to defraud & harm. A state jail felony 2 years in prison. I will tell you the details slowly. First, my family was on welfare. I took care of the kids while my wife earned her degree at A&I. Mary Cano the TWC Executive vice president worked directly with us. Then My wife graduated and started looking for a job. She used the TWC fax to send resumes and such. She interviewed for a job at EZ Pawn for the regional auditor. She was awarded the job and then they said they could not hire her because something came out of Austin that said they could not hire her. Austin is the EZ Pawn headquarters as well as the TWC. So I started Substitute teaching. Mary Cano sent me a outreach letter requiring me to attend an orientation. We called MRs Cano and told her that I was already working as a Substitute teacher. Mrs Cano insisted that I attend the orientation or she would be forced to penalize my family. She said, "Mr Haley the Texas Workforce Does not recognize substitute teaching as employment." I argued with her to no avail. Then I clarified. I asked her, "if I was going to be penalized for being unemployed because if "substitute teaching is not considered employment, then why should I need to count that income as income from employment?

If "substitute teaching" is not recognized as by the TWC as employment, how can the Texas Workforce penalize my family for being unemployed (Substitute Teaching as defined by TPU 105); while at the same time counting the income from Substitute Teaching as money from employment?

I worked one day in the first pay period. The net was $45. The taxes, social Security and Medicaid were deducted and I received ~$37. My wife made an entry in the application stating I had received "no money from work". This is what they prosecuted her for. We were becoming self sufficient as in the following months I began to work as did she. Then one day at lunch they came to my house and took her to jail. It is appreciated, your attention in this matter. We pray for relief in the interest of justice.

You tripped yourself, what is a "RIviera Hubert".

I was born in Kingsville, my maternal Grandmother, aunts, uncles and cousins lived in various locations throughout the "Wild Horse Desert". My Uncle plumbed for Sarita and Elena Kenedy as well as the Horlocks, the Klebergs and a host of other who's who of South Texas. I have fished Baffin since i was in diapers and I was a huge fan of Gil Stenke.

I will put it in terms of Malicious Prosecutor John Hubert as he employs his family name to gain favor with Juries.

He says, "To know my family is to love my family".

His sister Patti is a Federal Prosecutor at the CC Fed Courthouse and Patti's husband is Randolph Boothe.

Dr Hubert was my veterinarian for a stray puppy who had a bad case of the mange. We told him how she just appeared on our porch and we wanted to help her but we only had about $10. The medicine she needed we could not afford. Up until this point Dr Hubert was a moderate grumpy man. Dr Hubert's whole demeanor changed; energetically, he went sorting through his organized mess digging back into the archives and found a gallon of concentrate. He mixed it up and poured it in a bottle and put a sticker on it with identifying info and directions. We named her Angel and she turned out to be a Guardian Angel as her name suggests. And he told us to go buy her some food.

Mikal Watts is from here. He grew up here and his roots remain here. If you did not understand the Sheriff Race and the final arrangements Mikal let Jimmy go at the end. Jimmy ran out of gas and did not finish with any energy WATT so ever. I loathe cheaters and IMO Mikal and the Club did not play fair but still they broke no law. I like Jim Kaelin and I liked Larry Olivarez.

With Jimmy Rodriguez who IMO was the one in the driver's seat and that he should remain.

The mold and eroding jail conditions are not because Larry or Jimmy let it happen.

And not because Shamsie & the Nueces County Commissioners were not informed.

Now, to the heart of the matter; the "Shamsie Tick" FKA the "Shamsie Clique" Network of Avarice and Fiscal Loophole Specialties.

The communication was conducted beneath the Public Eye.

Remember the company building the robstown facility LSC wanted to take their toys and go home if Alvarez prevailed. There is a Lencho factor to consider as well. Lencho let Alvarez get pinched & squeezed. Alvarez made a fatal mistake reneging.
